Karachi/ Hala: Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, President of Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid e Azam (PML-Q), accompanied with PML-Q general secretary Senator Mushahid Hussain Syed and PML-Q Sindh chapter president Haleem Adil Sheikh visited the Makhdoom House in Hala and offered condolence with the head of Makhdoom family and Sarwari Jamaat, Makhdoom Jameel-uz-Zaman, on the demise of his father PPP leader Makhdoom Amin Faheem. They offered Fateha for the departed soul.
Talking to media on the occasion, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said that his relations with Makhdoom Amin Faheem spanned over long 30 years. Their relations were not only of political nature but also personal. They both worked for the national cause.
He said that the main quality of Makhdoom Amin Faheem was that he was a true patriotic Pakistani and he had wide respect in all four provinces due to his patriotism. His politics was above any compromise on principles. His services for democracy were always appreciated and he was offered the slot of prime minister many times but he excused. He hoped that Makhdoom Jameel-uz-Zaman would carry on the traditions of his illustrious father in politics, social service and spiritual guidance.
Senator Mushahid Hussain Syed on the occasion paid rich tributes to Late Makhdoom Amin and said he was respected by all segments of society. He was deeply committed to poetry and politics. He supported his party during most difficult times, as he was a brave politician. He hoped that that Makhdoom Jameel-uz-Zaman would continue the traditions of his father and play the role of a bridge between the federation and the provinces.
Earlier, Haleem Adil Sheikh reached the Nawabshah Airport to receive Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and the PML-Q delegation. They were given a very warm welcome. PML-Q leaders Chaudhry Mazharul Haq, Agha Maula Bux Pathan, Imam Vekerio, Imran Qureshi, Nasir Baloch, Nasir Tanvir and a large number of workers were present.
