Karachi: Inspector General Police IGP Sindh Ghulam Hyder Jamali has said that promoting the concept of community policing, Public Help centers/ Police Facilitation centers are being established in Karachi to assist citizens.
The centers would help to resolve family & other disputes in a fair and friendly manner through an experienced Dispute Resolution Committee. The underlying idea is to resolve minor issues without involving the police station & refer only cognizable matters for registration of FIRs.
