Accused remanded to police till 25th Feb

KARACHI: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) remanded an accused Saeed Nabi Khan to police custody till 25 February 2015 in an explosive substance case.

Police produced the accused before the ATC judge under tight security. The investigation officer requested that the police needed physical custody of the accused to trace his connections and other criminal activities. The court accepted the police request and remanded the accused to their custody till 25 February.

According to prosecution, the Saoodabad police arrested the accused on 10 February and recovered a hand grenade from his possession.
