Action urged against extremists

KARACHI: Chairman Shikarpur Shuhda Committee (SSC) Allama Maqsood Ali Dombki said on Monday that the country is facing terrorism due to the wrong policies of rulers.

Addressing a press conference at Karachi Press Club, he said Shikarpur incident was the worst in the history of the country. After it the Sindh government formed a committee to take action against suspected extremists in different areas of Shikarpur; however, no action has been taken in this regard.

He said he they had decided to hold a ‘referendum’ on 19th April 2015 in which people of Sindh would decide what the step should be taken against the extremism.
