Advisor seeks saftey measures against factory fires

KARACHI: Advisor to CM Sindh for Labour and Human Resource, Asghar Ali Junejo has taken serious notice of the rising cases of fire eruption in factories different cities of Sindh. He said that it is the core responsibility of factory owners to provide all basic facilities and ensure security of every single employee of their organization.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, the advisor directed officials concerned to form an inspection team to visit and monitor factories, workshops and mills and submit a report on weekly basis. He also ordered all Medical Superintendents of SESSI hospitals to take better measures to avoid any untoward incident or emergency situation and provide all medical facilities to poor labours and affectees.
