Peshawar: Condemning the killing of ANP leader in Karachi, former provincial Mian Iftikhar Hussain has said that his party has decided launch protest on roads to notify that the present governments are being failed to protect their party workers.
“Through an organized conspiracy it has been planned to push ANP to the wall before the general elections” he said during news conference here at Press Club on Monday.
He said if some people can jam the system in Islamabad to protest rigging they ANP can also bring the system to standstill to record protest against continues target killing of its workers in various parts of the country.
“We don’t know through the killing of our party workers what kind of message has been given to us” he questioned adding that ANP was against terrorism and following the philosophy of none-violence which become their sin..
Flanked by Sardar Hussain Babak, he said over 800 ANP workers NP had been martyred in different attacks but his party would not more be silent over the killings therefore would come to the roads to force rulers as to why ANP workers had been targeted and why they failed to protect them.
Mian Iftikhar Hussain said that on the call of central committee, the peaceful protest demonstrations would be taken out in Lahore, Islamabad, Quetta and in areas wherein Saraiki speaking living against target killing of Dr Ziauddin, President Union Council West District Karachi and a three-day bereaved is continued.
Terming the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government as incapable to control target killings, kidnapping, extortion money, he said the provincial had been completely failed in eradicating all these crimes and bring normalcy in the province.
