APNS announcement

Karachi: Sarmad Ali, Secretary General of All Pakistan Newspaper Society (APNS) has said that this year the Eid Milad-un-Nabi (Peace Be Upon Him) will fall on Thursday, December 24, whereas the Quaid-e-Azam Day will follow next day.

In view of special editions scheduled on Quaid-e-Azam day, the APNS has decided that member publications will bring out their issues on Friday, Dec 25, whereas Saturday, Dec, 26 will be a non-publication day in lieu of Eid Milad-un-Nabi.

Consequently, there will be no morning newspaper on Saturday, whereas the eveningers may bring out their issues on Saturday, Dec 26, 2015
