ATF Tennis Coach to conduct coaching camp in Pakistan

Karachi: Asian Tennis Federation (ATF) is sending a qualified Tennis Coach, Khansaman Pracharapol, to impart advanced training and modern hitting techniques to Pakistan’s junior players and also teach up-to-date coaching methods to coaches.

The ATF coach will arrive on August 15 and the coaching sessions will start on August 16, at Pakistan Ordnance Factories, Wah.

Lt. Gen. Omar Mahmood Hayat, Chairman, Pakistan Ordnance Factories, has sponsored the 14-day long Coaching Camp at the POF Tennis Center.

PTF has invited 20 boys, aged in between 13 to 17, to attend this Camp. Col. Inamullah Khan will act as the Camp Commandant. All out-station players will be provided free lodging and boarding at the POF.

President PTF has also approved two one-month long coaching camps at Karachi and Lahore. The Karachi camp will be conducted by Sindh Tennis Association and Nomi Qamar will spearhead the camp.

The Lahore camp will be conducted by PLTA and Rashid Malik will head it.
