Bomb defused at Mominabad police station

KARACHI: The bomb disposal squad (BDS) defused a five-kilogram bomb planted at Mominabad police station in Orangi Town on Sunday. The bomb was found in a canister at Mominabad police station. It also contained ball-bearings, a BDS official said. According to reports, two motorcyclists threw a five-kilogram bomb inside Mominabad police station and speed away, which could not explode. Sensing danger, police immediately get the police station vacated and shifted criminals to other locations.
