Change of Command ceremony for PN Coastal Command held

KARACHI: An impressive change of Command ceremony for Pakistan Navy Coastal Command was held at HQ COMMANDER COAST today. Rear Admiral Syed Bashir Ahmed took over Command of Pakistan Navy Coastal Command from Vice Admiral Syed Arifullah Hussaini.

On assumption of Command, the newly appointed Commander Coast was presented Guard of Honour and was introduced to the Commanding Officers of the units under command.

As Commander Coast, Rear Admiral Syed Bashir Ahmed is now in-charge of all units and establishments of Pakistan Navy along the coastal belt and Creek areas. In addition, he would also head Special Services Group (Navy) and Pak Marines.
