Chevron Pakistan announces heavy investment

Karachi: Chevron Pakistan Lubricants (Private) Limited announced on Wednesday its plans to invest over two billion rupees in Pakistan over the next three years.

A market leader in the Pakistan lubricants industry, Chevron Pakistan Lubricants (Private) Limited markets under the Caltex brand in Pakistan, and is the producer of technologically advanced engine oils namely ‘Havoline’ and ‘Delo’ as well as other finished lubricants, coolants and greases.

At a press briefing held on Wednesday, Chevron Pakistan Lubricants announced confirmed plans to spend over Rs. 2 billion in Pakistan in the next 3 to 4 years, to upgrade and expand its Lubricants Blending Plant in West Wharf Karachi as well as other facilities across Pakistan, which will make them state-of-the-art establishments.

As part of its growth strategy in Pakistan, Chevron Pakistan Lubricants has at present developed a chain of 65 oil change facilities spread nation-wide, and plans to continue with the exponential growth and further broaden the network in 2016.
