Chiltan Adventurers hoist National flag on Highest peek of Zarghoon Mount

QUETTA: Two day camp and Zarghoon Mount Expedition successfully held at “Looai Sarr Naikaan” of Zarghoon mount near Quetta on the eve of Pakistan-day Sports Festival Balochistan celebrations.

Zarghoon Mount is located in the North East of Quetta surrounded by world’s second largest 4000 years old beautiful Juniper forest and known as the Highest Mountains Peek in Balochistan Province 18 Mountaineers of Chiltan Adventurers association Balochistan and Koh-e-Shin Adventure along participated in the joint expedition.

Earlier a graceful see off ceremony held at Hayat Durrani water sports academy (HDWSA) at Hanna Lake in honour of the mountaineers. Chief guest Hayatullah Khan Durrani (Pride-of-Performance) founder Chiltan Adventurers Association Balochistan loud the spirit of the mountaineers and appreciated the brilliant role of the Chiltan adventurers and koh-e-shin adventure for the promotion of mountaineering adventure sports in the country he said the mountaineering activity keeps the new generation away from critical abuse of drugs and social evils he render the National flag of Pakistan to Abdul Wahid Barraich for Zarghoon mount expedition.

Hayatullah Khan Durrani is an eminent Pakistani world class mountaineer and first Pakistani caving legend “Juniper Defender” Environmental analyst, naturalist, author an advocate for conservation, preservation of Juniper forest and wild life in Khilifath and Zarghoon Mountainous regions.

The joint mountaineers successfully climbed “Looai Sarr Naikaan” 3,578 meters (11738.ft) and hoist the National flag of Pakistan on the top of Zarghoon mountains range.

It is worth mentioning that Chiltan Adventurers Association Balochistan is Celebrating 30th yearly ceremonies.
