CITY: (Islamabad’s new airport to be completed by October 2016)

ISLAMABAD: Fateh Jang’s new airport, that cost at least Rs 90 billion will reportedly complete in October 2016. An estimate suggests that the airport will serve as many as 90 lac people annually. The airport has entered the last leg of construction as at least 85 percent of the work has completed.

The new airport, situated near Fateh Jang will have two runways while it will support boarding in at least 15 aircrafts simultaneously.

A four-storey airport terminal, huge parking capacity, at least 108 check-in counters among other facilities will be available.
