CITY: (Preparations in full swing to celebrate Eid Milad-un-Nabi)

ISLAMABAD: Like other parts of the country, preparations are in full swing in twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi to celebrate Eid Milad-un-Nabi (Salalah-o-Allah-e-Waalah-e-Wasallam) on Thursday with due religious fervour and enthusiasm.

Mosques, buildings and streets are being decorated and illuminated and special Naat Khwani functions are being held. Besides, various religious organizations have arranged Seerat conference where speakers are highlighting different aspects of the life of the holy Prophet.

Preparations are also being made in various places to take out Milad processions. State owned as well as other private media houses are already airing special programmes underlining different features of the life of Hazrat Mohammad (Salalah-o-Allah-e-Waalah-e-Wasallam). There will be public holiday on Thursday.
