City (Six Afghans arrested during joint search operation)

SIALKOT: The Punjab Rangers and local police have arrested as many as six accused Afghan nationals during a joint search operation conducted near Sialkot Cadet College near Pasrur here.

According to the senior police officials, the accused Afghan nationals Mohammad Ameen, Akram Khan, Mohammad Faheem, Abdul Malik, Akbar Khan and Riaz Khan had been illegally staying in Pakistan near Pasrur.

Police also recovered several SIMs of Afghan mobile phone companies and a big amount of cash in Iranian and Afghani currencies from the accused.

Police have sent the accused behind the bars after registering separate cases against them. Further investigations are underway, in this regard…
