CM-Education Festival

QUETTA: Poverty, backwardness and terrorism can be eradicated through education. Girls, boys and teachers have got an opportunity to express their ability through Educational Festival.

This was stated by Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch while addressing 3-day 2nd AFAQ Educational Festival 2014.

He said it is matter of pleasure people were getting aware of importance of education in Balochistan and want to do away with centuries’ old backwardness through expression of their abilities. He said education is the only way by moving on which lawlessness, corruption and excesses. He said to join prosperous and developed nations files we have to strengthen our relations with education. Future is in hands of our youth. We have to make success in the field of education to get rid of fear. He said government was ready to extend help to AFAQ.

Regional manager AFAQ Mohammad Naeem Rind said AFAQ is name of love to education, purifying abilities of girls and boys and respect of teachers. AFAQ was striving to bring Balochistan at par with other provinces in the field of education. Darks can be removed by lighting candle of education. People of Balochistan love education and have the spirit of removing their backwardness by making strides in the field of education.

President Quetta Press Club Razaur Rehman said love to education of AFAQ and government priories indicate future of Balochistan is bright. Press Club has made agreement with AFAQ to continue efforts for education. Services of AFAQ for promotion of education are laudable.

Girl and boy students from more than 500 govt and private educational institution are participating in the Educational Festival which would continue for three days.
