CPLC office will be operational in Sukkur soon: Chinoy

KARACHI: Citizens-Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) Sindh Chief Ahmed Chinoy said on Tuesday that CPLC will be operational in Sukkur soon.

He also instructed his zonal chiefs to make the Sukkur CPLC office operational soon.

This he said while chairing the monthly progress meeting in CPLC Central Reporting Cell. In the meeting, he was briefed about the performance of all zonal and district offices. He gave important instructions in cases of sensitive nature.

Chinoy said that the basic reason for establishing CPLC was to assist police and other LEAs in their endeavors against crime.

Besides, the organization is also working on various social development projects, under the guidance of its patron Governor Sindh Dr. Ishratul Ibad Khan to provide relief to the people at their door steps.

Chief CPLC was also updated about the progress of Sukkur office. After reviewing the progress, Chief CPLC directed the project heads to work on fast track basis so that the office could be inaugurated and made operational as soon as possible.
