CS issues order for complaints’ redressal

KARACHI: Chief Secretary Sindh Sajjad Saleem Hotiana on Tuesday advised the administrative secretaries to specifically attend the cases of handicapped people in addition to the general visitors, applicants and complainants.

He expressed these views while issuing order for redressal of public issues on the requests and complaints made by the people.

He asked the secretaries to dispose of the people’s cases meritoriously, as well ensure removal of hindrances in public issues’ solution. He noted that the public servants should realize their obligations and responsibilities so as to serve the nation devotedly and honestly.

Hotiana also issued spot orders for removal of the problems faced by complainants.

Meanwhile, social leader Abdul Ghani Nagpuri presented a report to the CS comprising the issues of Orangi Town. The CS forwarded it to the Secretary Local Government for action as per rules and asked for reporting within seven days.
