Dacoits gunned down two real brothers

SIALKOT: Two real brothers were shot dead by three unknown armed dacoits on offering resistance during a dacoity incident in their home at village Khan Khaasa-Narowal here, late at the last night.

Reportedly, three unknown armed dacoits stormed into the house of a local trader Muhammad Younas, made hostage all the family members at gun point and started looting. Meantime the trader’s two young sons Fiasal Nadeem and Muhammad Imran resisted, on which the dacoits opened fire, killing Faisal Nadeem on the spot and injuring Muhammad Imran who succumbed to his injuries on the way to hospital.

The heirs and local villagers staged protest demonstration as a protest against the brutal killings by the dacoits and kept the traffic blocked by placing the dead bodies on Narowal-Mureedkey Road. They also burnt tyres on the road and chanted anti-police slogans, demanding immediate arrest of the accused.

Senior police officials rushed to the spot and assured them about the early arrest of accused. On this the protesting people dispersed peacefully.
