Dip:(Pak-India dialogue inevitable for resolution of longstanding disputes: Former envoy)

ISLAMABAD: The bilateral dialogue between Pakistan and India is inevitable for resolution of all longstanding issues, including Kashmir, as any confrontation between the two nuclear powers is unaffordable for regional peace and stability.

Talking to media on Monday, Director General Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad Ambassador (r) Masood Khan stressed that the foremost priority must be the restoration of dialogue between the two countries wherein the Kashmir should be discussed as key issue.

In his comment, Lt. General (r) Talat Masood said both the countries would finally have to sit on the dialogue table as only this can provide long lasting solution to long standing disputes.
