District: (FIA arrests three wanted human traffickers)

SIALKOT: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Thursday arrested three notorious human traffickers Muhamamd Shafiq, Mujahid Shah and Akhtar Iqbal from a clinical laboratory in Eimanabad-Gujranwala.

According to FIA’s senior officials, a FIA team led by Inspector Shahid Pervaiz Malik raided there and arrested the accused. The officials added that the accused had been running black business of sending the innocent people abroad especially Saudi Arabia and Unite Arab Emirates (UAE) on fake documents by extorting big amounts from them after showing them the golden dreams of their lucid future abroad.

The accused were wanted by the FIA in several cases of human trafficking. FIA also seized a big number of passports, fake visa stamps, fake medical certificates and other documents from the possession of the accused. FIA has sent the accused behind the bars and further investigations were underway.
