On the other hand, 10-hour-long announced load shedding is being carried out daily here, whereas grid station authorities also continue to stop supply to the residents at their own will. Since last three days, electricity supply to over five transformers has been disconnected on the pretext of repairing work at 3.00 pm which is restored at 9.00 pm without providing any relief to these consumers who are clearing their bills regularly. The citizens have urged the higher authorities to take notice of this highhandedness and provide relief.
