Eight dead in Khairpur mishaps

Khairpur, Sindh: Eight people including two women were killed in separate mishaps on Eid days.

According to details, one Marium, 26 was killed by her husband Gulzar Bugti at village Lakhmir Khan near Kot Lalo in the jurisdiction of Kot Lalo police station on 1st day of Eid over some domestic issue.

Separately, a motorcyclist Ghulam Qadir Gopang died and pillion rider Ali Gopang was hurt when their motorcycle collided with a car on Khairpur-Larkana Road.

A youth, Zohaib Kandhro died and his companion injured when a van and trailer-truck collided near Dirb Mehar Shah at National Highway in the jurisdiction of Tando Masti police station.

Ms Bano Khaskhali and Ali Mohammad Khaskheli died near Pirayaloi when a speedy car hit their motorcycle.

Meanwhile, in another incident two youth, Farooq Ali Kuber and Ashfaq Ali Kubar, died killed on Mehran National Highway when their motorcycle collided with a camel cart.

The dead body of an unidentified youth was found from Indus River near Baradi Jatoi.
