Expo attracts 70 countries, 1000 foreign delegates

KARACHI: Mian Mohammad Adrees, President FPCCI and Sr Vice President Abdul Rahim Janoo and all Vice Presidents have congratulated the Chief Executive, TDAP for holding a successful Expo Pakistan and said that 9th Expo Pakistan was ever best Expo as compared to the past events.

The President FPCCI said that it was well managed at every level. He further said that this Expo would contribute significant impact on bilateral trade and economic activities of Pakistan with other countries and regions.

Mian Adrees said that it was the first time that this expo attracted 70 countries and around more than 1000 foreign delegates/buyer from different countries attended this expo. He further said that FPCCI has already declared this year as the “Year of Economic Revival of Pakistan” and 9th Expo Pakistan is the initial step towards the economic revival of our country.

The Office bearers of FPCCI expressed their gratitude towards uplifting the image of the country through this Expo where a large number of foreign delegates came and held a number of business to business meetings and sessions with the trade bodies including FPCCI.

They said that this expo will also contribute in eliminating the negative perception of Pakistan being projected by foreign media. They said that the foreign delegates had expressed their views that Pakistan had great trade potentials in various sectors and they were fully satisfied at the arrangements of the Expo Pakistan which were on maintained on international standards. This Expo was no way less than any international expo, they added.

They said that the entire business community was of the view that the present government was sincerely making efforts for provision of level playing field for enhancement of trade and economic activities and it had taken the business community on board for the economic revival of Pakistan which has kick started with this expo.
