Four injured in road incidents

KARACHI: Four persons, including two women, were injured in different road accidents in the metropolis on Thursday.

Rescue sources informed that a man, Adnan and his wife Tayaba, aged around 35, were injured when their motorcycle slipped on the road at Janjal Goth. They were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for treatment.

In another road mishap, a youth, Rashid, 22, son of Shamim, a resident of Orangi town, was injured when a speeding vehicle hit him near Islam Chowk in Orangi Town. The injured was taken to Qatar Hospital for treatment.

Similarly, a 50-year-old woman, Razia, wife of Iqbal, was wounded when a speeding car hit her near Abbott Company in Quaidabad area. She was brought to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for medical treatment.
