KARACHI: Shaukat Ahmed, Acting-President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry said on Wednesday that current fragile business environment was impeding investment decision by the foreign Investors to invest in Pakistan. He said that business community of Pakistan was seriously analyzing the repercussion of current law and order situation including sit-in in Islamabad.
Ahmed said that drastic cling in the investment would ultimately stop commercial activities in the countries which would create joblessness and law and order deterioration. “Pakistan is severely facing growing poverty due to lack of investable funds and transformation of policies. The present government has formulated various polices but unfortunately, due to political uncertainty, most of them are not yet implemented.”
