Free eye camps’ drive starts

LAHORE: Al Mustafa Welfare Trust-UK (AMWT) has started a countrywide free eye camps’ drive in Pakistan. The campaign would be organized under the supervision of Haji Mohammad Hanif Tayyab, former federal minister and patron in-chief Al Mustafa Welfare Society.

Chairman AMWT Abdul Razzaq Sajid said that campaign has started from Kot Moman where a two-day camp was held and later medical team would leave for Piplan in district Mianwali.

A two-day camp would be held from March 04 to 05 at Pattoki, on March 7-8 at Shahkot, on March 11 at Al Mustafa Medical Centre Baghbanpura, on March 11 at Ghaziabad, on March 12 at Salamatpura Stop G.T Road, on March 16-17 at Muzaffarabad, on March 19-20 at Kotli, on March 22-23 at Chichawatni and a camp will also held on March 25-26 in Rawalpindi.

All Kinds of facilities including food, accommodation, medicines, lenses, cataract surgery, eye sight glasses would be provided free of cost to needy and poor patients, Sajid said.
