Govt to provide 20 Acre land for expo center

Peshawar: Government of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa  would provide 20 Acre land for Expo Center whereas a Master Plane has been chalked out for development of Peshawar, senior  minister Sirajul Haq told a budget Seminar on Thursday.

Sirajul Haq assured that he would discuss to appoint KPCCI president as honorary advisor for industry to Chief Minister, adding that relief would be provided to the business community in the coming budget .

Sirajul  Haq said providing protection to the business and trading community saying that handsome amount has been reserved in the budget for improvement of security in Peshawar.

He said the concerned authorities would be asked  to convert  Gorghatre Tehsil in to a food street adding that government  and added that all the proposal forwarded by business community were very suitable.

President Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Chamber and Commerce and Industry (KPCCI) Zahidullah Shinwar addressing the seminar said that government should reserve 10 billion of the ADP for development of Peshawar and spend  12 billion for security of the capital city.

He said every year 4 to five hundreds jobs are required for the youth which constitutes 17 million of the province’s population.
