ISLAMABAD: The second round of anti-polio campaign began in 21 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on Monday.
During the campaign, more than 2.77 million children below five years of age will be immunized against nine fatal diseases, including polio.
On this occasion, strict security arrangements are in place. In Peshawar, the authorities have banned pillion riding on motorcycle.
The campaign will continue for two days in Peshawar and three days in other 20 districts of the province.
