Indian national accused given into FIA custody

SIALKOT: The local magisterial court at Daska, on Thursday, gave the Indian national accused Muhamamd Amir into the custody of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on physical remand to investigate the case.

Daska City police produced the accused Indian national before the court of local senior magistrate, amid tight security, seeking the physical remand of the accused. The court gave one day physical remand of the accused, giving him into the official custody of FIA here.

After this, the senior FIA officials have started investigation, in this regard.

During the preliminary investigation, the accused Indian national confessed to enter into Pakistan’s territory illegally and for residing in Daska city on fake national identity card and passport of Pakistan for the last twelve consecutive years.
