Japanese Consulate to organize Children Poster/Painting contest

QUETTA: Pak-Japan Friendship Society will organize Children Poster/Painting contest at Pak-Japan culture Centre here on October 20. Similarly contest will also be organised by Consulate General of Japan in Karachi. The theme of contest is “Japan and Pakistan Friendships.”

Vice chancellor Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management sciences Engineer Ahmed Farooq Bazai will be chief guest on the occasion.

Besides developing the artistic skills and encouraging the upcoming generation of Pakistan to express their thoughts through creative work, the objectives of the contest are to promote cultural exchange and friendship between the people of Pakistan and Japan.

Prize distribution ceremony will be held t Pak-Japan Culture Centre Jinnah town here on October 20.

The exhibition will remain open for general public form October 21 to 23 from 10 am to 4 pm.
