Javed Nasim vows to wage legal war if PTI tried to disqualify him from KP assembly seat

Peshawar: The Dissident Member of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf along with his supporters protested in front of Peshawar Press Club and said PTI could not snatch his membership of provincial assembly.

while talking to media Javed Nasim said he was loyal to PTI and wanted to put his vote in favour of PTI candidate for the Senate however due ‘propaganda’ controversy was being created to damage his character.

” i am still loyal to PTI but without any sin i have been expelled from the party and the only reason for it is that i am a poor man. i will retain my seat as nobody could disqualify him for his membership of KP assembly.” he said while standing among dozens of his supporters who came with him to show solidarity with the MPA.

Javed said though he had signed the nomination papers of the candidate who was not from PTI but party leadership should have stopped him from doing so. ” Nobody has asked or sought explanation from me,” he said and challenged that if government KP prove any sort of corruption against him he would be ready to face any type of punishment.

the dissident MPA said his house was attacked by some PTI workers backed by a MNA and police registered case against me. ” this has become a police state where poor man like me has no say,” he added.

Supporters of the MPA chanted slogans in favour of him and condemned the decision of expelling Javed from PTI.
