JI workers ready to sacrifice for country

KARACHI: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi Chief Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman has said that the party workers are ready to sacrifice their lives for the safety, solidarity and prosperity of the beloved country.

He expressed these views while addressing a members’ convention, organized by Jamaat-e-Islami (JI), Gulberg Zone at Quba Ground.

Ameer District JI Central Munim Zafar Khan, Naib Ameers District Central Maulana Abdur Rauf, Khalid Siddiqui and Ameer Gulberg Zone Saeed Aamir Musa also spoke on the occasion.

Speaking at the occasion, Hafiz Naeem said that the doors of JI were wide open for workers of every political and religious party, adding that those who want to serve the Islam can join hands with Jamaat-e-Islami.

On the occasion, he congratulated newcomers, who joined Jamaat-e-Islami during membership campaign.

“Serve the humanity regardless of any cast, creed and religion is a hallmark of Jamaat-e-Islami and personalities like Prof Abdul Ghafoor Ahmed, Abdul Sattar Afghani and Niamatullah Khan Advocate had served the ailing humanity in the past”, he added.

He further said that the JI was string hard to revive the past glory of the city, and continue its struggle for the said cause according to the democratic norms and Islamic Constitution.

On the occasion, Hafiz Naeem said that the people can get relief by the removal of 5per cent elite class from the corridors of powers.
