Karachi peace first priority

Karachi: Mahfooz Yar Khan, a candidate of by-polls on NA-246 Karachi has strongly condemned and criticized two rival parties over violence at Jinnah Ground in Azizabad, here on Wednesday.

Khan said both the parities and other political leaders should maintain patience and run their respective campaigns in a peaceful manner. He said that regarding by-polls on this constituency, first priority should be given to the peace of city. He said if such violence incidents happened again it might result in postponement of election.

Khan demanded to Governor Sindh Ishrat ul Ebad Khan to hold a meeting of all candidates of NA-246, so to ensure implementation of code of conduct.
