Kiran Tanoli files petition for her eligibility as candidate for ADSJ exam

Peshawar: The petitioner Kiran Ayub Tanoli Advocate High Court daughter of Mohammad Ayub Khan Tanoli Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan and a renowned Parliamentarian, filed a constitutional petition today i.e 29/09/2015  through leading lawyers of Hazara Division including members of KPK Bar Council.

Sardar Aman and Fawad Saleh senior Advocates of Supreme Court accompanied with Javed Tanoli President High Court Bar Abbottabad and Mr. Asad Tanweer President District Bar Abbottabad accompanied with number of Supreme Court and High Court Lawyers appeared in support of her version for considering herself to be an eligible candidate for the upcoming judicial exam for Additional District and Sessions Judges having more than requisite experience and extra ordinary qualification with distinction in LLM from United Kingdom.

The case was heard by the Division Bench of the Peshawar High Court Abbottabad Bench. After hearing the arguments at length, the Bench referred the case to the principal seat of Peshawar High Court Peshawar with the reason that one of the Honourable Judges was author of the Judicial Rules 2001 which were unsympathetically overlooked by the Administrative Committee of the August High Court.

The Lawyers Community strongly condemns the rules/policy which is disregard to the RULES IBID.
