KMC administrator visits Landhi

KARACHI: Administrator Karachi Rauf Akhtar Farooqui said on Sunday that a hospital is being established for diagnosing diseases among animals at Karachi Zoo, where veterinary doctors would provide medical services.

Special enclosure point for elephants in Safari Park would also be opened next week, which was built with a cost of Rs 20 million, he said during his visit to Landhi-Korangi Zoo. MNA Asif Hasnain and KMC officials were also present on the occasion. He further said their aim is to develop and beautify Landhi and Korangi areas with the help of philanthropists.
