KP govt get passed a number of legislations for observance of merit and transparency in province, Mushtaq Ghani

Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Information and Higher Education, Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani has said that present government get passed a number of legislations for observance of merit and transparency in the province since it came to power.

He said that these legislations included; the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Ombudsman (Amendment) Act, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Information Act, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Local Government Act, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ehtesab Commission Act, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister’s (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Promotion, Protection and Enforcement of Human Rights Act, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Public Service Commission Act, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Higher Education Endowment Fund Act, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Deserving widows and Special Persons Welfare Foundation Act, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Tibb and Homeopathic Employees (Regulation of Services) Act, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety Authority Act, , Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Adhoc Lecturers (Regularization of Services) Act, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Salaries, Allowance and Privileges (Amendment) Act, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Regulation of Lady Health Workers Program Employees (Regulation and Standardization) Act, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ehtesab Commission (Amendment) 2014 Act.

Minister Information said those who criticized the provincial government should be mindful of the measures so far taken by the provincial government for the prosperity of the people and the province.
