LG polls: Tension in Landhi and Lyari, two bikes torched

KARACHI: A man was injured in a scuffle between the workers of two political parties during polling process in Landhi on Friday.

According to sources, a man, identified as Abdullah aged about 64, was severely injured when activists of two political parties started scuffling in Union Council no 17, Bilalabad, Landhi. The enraged workers also set on fire two motorcycles.

On the others side, a clash between two workers of two parties also occurred in Lyari, Union council no 10, polling station no 7. Then political workers demanded to deploy rangers in the polling station to stop rigging.
