Man killed, four injured in firing

KARACHI: A man was killed and three others were injured in different firing incidents in the metropolis on Sunday.

A man, Abdur Rawoof, 50, son of Haji Mirza Ghafoor, was gunned down by unknown armed men in Nazimabad. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for an autopsy.

In another incident, a youth, Mohammad Rashid, 24, son of Mohammad Yasin, resident of Malir, was injured in accidental fire near Noor Masjid in Tariq Road. He was rushed to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for treatment.

Yet in another incident, two youth, Kashif, 24, and Awais, 20, son of Ikram, were shot and injured by unknown gun men in 51-C Korangi. They were brought to JPMC for treatment.
