Minister: (Comprehensive policy chalked out to boost exports)

ISLAMABAD: Minister for Commerce Khurram Dastgir Khan on Sunday said that the PML-N government has chalked out comprehensive policy to boost the country’s exports.

Addressing a gathering in Gujranwala, he said to achieve the goal of enhancing exports, our factories should work without any break and for this reason, the government is focusing much attention to ensure uninterrupted power and gas supply to the factories particularly in the textile sector.

The Minister said both the federal and provincial governments of PML-N are striving hard to resolve problems of the people and provide basic amenities to them on their doorstep.

He said six billion rupees are being spent on various development schemes in Gujranwala to provide maximum facilities to the people.

Khurram Dastgir said establishment of medical college and construction of flyover on G.T Road in Gujranwala are special gifts of the present government for the local citizens.

He said operation Zarb-e-Azb is successfully continuing to eliminate terrorists in order to establish lasting peace in the country, which is vital for attracting foreign investment and speedy development
