Minister: (Info minister says today’s Pakistan more secure than 2013)

ISLAMABAD: Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid has said that Pakistan today was more secure and safe than 2013 when the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) had assumed power.

He was speaking at a press conference to brief about cabinet decisions. He said initiatives taken by the PML-N government for improving security situation in the country were being acknowledged by the international community as well.

He said the National Action Plan (NAP) was chalked out with consensus of all political parties, civil society, intellectuals and journalists and its implementation was the only way to resolve problems being faced by the country for three decades.
