Minor boy among three killed in different mishaps

KARACHI: Three persons, including a minor boy, were killed and two others injured in different incidents in the city on Monday. A minor boy, Azan, 7, son of Shahid, was drowned in water tank at his house near Gul Ahmed Roundabout in Landhi. The body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for medico-legal formalities.

Separately, a 36-year-old man, Arif, son of Amjad, was killed when a speeding vehicle ran over him at Cattle Morr in Landhi. The body was shifted to JPMC for an autopsy.

Nargis, 45, wife of Nadeem, was killed in vehicle collision at Ghani Chowrangi. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for medico-formalities. Meanwhile, two persons, Daniyal and Jaffar aged about 25 and 45, respectively, were injured in vehicle collision near Do Talwar, Clifton. Both were shifted to JPMC for treatment.
