MQM sets Up medical, relief camps in Thar

KARACHI: Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation (KKF), a charity organisation of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), on behalf of Altaf Hussain, the founder and leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), on Monday set up three-day medical and assistant camps for famine-hit Tharis.

On second day, Monday, delegation of MQM visited drought-hit areas in Thar and distributed relief goods and medicines among people. The delegation reached Mithi and visited a relief camp set up by the Khidmat-i-Khalq Foundation, the charity wing of the MQM.

MQM delegation distributed food, water and other routine essentials among victims. It is pertained to mention that the bundle of edible items, including food, water, milk, vegetables and children’s items, is sufficient for fifteen days for a family.
