NA: (NA, Senate to resume sessions today)

ISLAMABAD: The National Assembly and the Senate will resume their sessions here today (Monday) after two day break. The Senate will start its proceedings at 3.30 pm. It will be private members day in the upper house.

The Senate is expected to adopt a motion for creation of a committee of the entire house to discuss mode of elections for Senate.

The National Assembly session will begin at 5.00 pm. Besides the routine business, it will discuss important national issues. The members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) are expected to return to the assembly today (Monday)after withdrawal of deseating motions against them by Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement.
