Nawab Bugti murder case adjourned till Nov 10

QUETTA: Former President Pervez Musharraf was given one day exemption from appearance in Nawab Bugti murder case here Monday. Nazeer Ahmed Langav Judge Anti Terrorism Court heard the case and adjourned till Nov 10.

Pervez Musharraf’s lawyer Zulfiqar Cheema submitted a medical Report in the court saying that he was ill for the last four weeks and was on bed rest and he should be given exemption from appearance in the court. A 7-membr board of doctors was examining him. Court agreed and ordered he should appear before the court and present his contention. Court also ordered to submit report of Medical board in the court which was submitted.

Two guarantors of Pervez Musharraf Nazer Ahmed and Mumtaz Ahmed were also present in the court while Sohail Rajput appeared for Jamil Bugti son of Nawab Bugti.

Former Interior Minister Aftab Ahmed Sherpao did not appear in the court today while former provincial home minister Shoaib Nosherwani was present.
