Nawab Bugti’s son speaks

QUETTA: Statement of Barhamdagh Bugti on returning to Pakistan and resolving problems through talks is good sign because this country is all of us. Everybody has right to return to this country and lead his life here.

This was stated by Jamil Akbar Bugti son of former Balochistan chief Minister and ex Governor Nawab Akbar Bugti while speaking to Newsmen at the9th death anniversary of late Nawab Bugti here Thursday.

President JWP Shah Zain Bugti was also present on the occasion.

Jamil Bugti said Government has to clear talks would be held with whom and powers are with whom. He said his father Nawab Bugti was also supportive of talks. He never raised independent Balochistan slogans but they way Chaudhry Shujaat made wrong statement it worsened the situation and a dictator martyred his father along with colleagues.

He said for peaceful situation in Balochistan it is necessary that a referendum should be held on Independent Balochistan and living in Pakistan under the supervision of United Nations.

He said Pashtoons desire their own province. He said in the referendum D G Khan, Jacobabad, Kashmore should also be included.

Shah Zain Bugti said that we welcome Barhamdagh Bugti’s statement on talks and withdrawal from Independent Balochistan. We hope federal government would adopt a clear stand in this connection so that this is not repeated and talks meet with failure.

He said Balochistan chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has no power nor he can hold talks.
