Nazimabad police arrest three ‘target killers’

KARACHI: Nazimabad police claimed on Tuesday to have arrested three alleged target killers from Gol Market, Nazimabad, and recovered weapons, mobile phones and motorcycle from their possession.

Station House Officer (SHO) Nazimabad police station informed that police party conducted an encounter at Gol Market, Nazimabad no-3, in which they arrested three alleged suspects target killers, and recovered two TT pistols, three mobile phones and a motorcycle from their possession.

The arrested suspects identified as Usman Chaata, Ali, and Fazal Dad; however, their accomplice Bilal managed to escape.

Police claimed that criminals were involved in target killing of police personnel and they had also martyred RPC Shah Meer son of Ameer Bux.

Further probe was under way.
