On the other hand the affected ailing patients held protest demonstration in front of the sentinel site and Larkana Press Club here on Tuesday holding water coolers in their hands & demanding treatments drugs of this deadly disease. Parveen Chandio, Larkana Division President, PPP-SB, who herself is suffering from Hepatitis C, told PPI that she has been asked to procure the injection Interferon and other medicines from open market or wait till supply is received from Hyderabad. She said that even beggars are paying indirect taxes regularly but in return they get abuses without healthcare facilities which should be condemned. She criticized the Sindh Government for its utter failure to fulfil the much advertised vision of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto due to massive corruption. She urged the apex court to take suo moto notice of the matter and provide relief to the ailing populace of Sindh. PPI.
