No nation can progress without women contribution: Chinoy

KARACHI: Citizens Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) Chief Ahmed Chinoy said on Thursday female population of the society is the builder of the nation.

“Females have great impact on the society. No society or a nation can progress without the contribution of the female population. More these population are empowered, more progressive results are achieved,” he said while speaking at an awareness seminar held at Saint Joseph College in connection with the CPLC awareness programs at educational institution.

The students of the college were briefed about the CPLC history, its services and ground operations. The students also took keen interest in the presentation of CPLC performance and public service message videos.

Chief CPLC congratulated the organizers for holding the event. He said that on the instructions of Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan, CPLC Sindh is executing the awareness sessions in all the institutes of Sindh.

Chief CPLC further said that the young students have vital role to play in the fight against crimes as part of being the custodian of the future generation.

Chinoy said that he was delighted to see the interest of students in CPLC session. He also offered support and cooperation from the platform of CPLC Sindh in order to make the institutes secure.
