One killed, two injured in hand grenade attack

KARACHI: One person was killed and two others injured in a hand grenade attack on Khalid Bin Waleed road in the city on Sunday. According to police, a 40-year-old man, Khadim Hussain, son of Ghulam Hussain, Asif, 45, son of Muhammad Anwar, and Atiq, 30, son of Muhammad Anwar were injured when unknown motorcyclists threw a hand grenade on a shop Read Apple, on Khalid Bin Waleed road within the limits of Ferozabad police station.

They were shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, where Khadim Hussain succumbed to his injuries.
